This document lists the offsets for spell lists for each character in both Final Fantasy IV and Final Fantasy IV ~Interlude, as well as the pointers to those lists. Using this document, you can edit (1) Which spells are learned by each character and (2) What level they are learned at. For example, if you wanted to have Cecil learn Life at Level 30, you could use the information in this document to expand his spell list.
