Hack description

This hack replaces the Main character with Shadow the Hedgehog seen in later Sonic games. It is based on the original Sonic the Hedgehog for Genesis. Shadow plays quite like Sonic does but has some moves he didn't have in the original game. This includes Spindash, a attack button, and a Homing attack/Jumpdash by pressing jump while in midair.

The hack is based on the 1.0 version of the ROM in BIN format. It has not been tested on other versions or ROM formats. The patch is in xdelta format due to shifted data resulting in patches containing original code.

This is a very good hack. It's funny that it wasn't done properly before this. FeliciaVal really gots a knack for drawing sprites cause Shadows sprite don't stand out at all. The graphics perfectly fit Sonic 1's style. I'd say this hack is essential, especially if you are a Shadow the Hedgehog fan. He was quite popular at one point. Recommended.
