Hack description

This patch fixes graphical glitches and crashes when playing Final Fantasy 3 in 50Hz PAL-mode. Looks like the original programmers were somewhat sloppy. This patch is highly recommended if you're playing Final Fantasy 3 on a PAL-machine via backup unit. Sourcecode included.
