Hack description

This is a hack of Sonic the Hedgehog for Sega Genesis. It changes the frequency of music and sound effects making for a different sounding game. Some music is barely recognizable and the game can feel quite different because of it.

The patch is in xdelta format. The ROM should be in BIN format.

Sounds like bad emulationMathUser29292016-06-07Version 1.0

Sounds like bad emulation but it isn't. The music may be bad but it gives a new experience for those who have played this game to death many times before. So try this out and see if you like it.

This hack is a mess. The description says that the audio frequency has been changed, but it doesn't said nothing about how awful those changes were.

Seriously, the musics are very awful and the sound effect is inappropriate, for example, the ring sound looks like a bell/gong. No, just no. And besides, everything else is the same as always.

The less horrible songs are the invincibility and boss music, but everything else, urgh.

If you guys want so listen to new musics, check out hacks like: Sonineko, Metal Sonic Hyperdrive and Sonia and Silver: the S Factor. Those ones deserves attention.

Man, and I thought the melody errors of Megaman Exile were bad.
