Hack description

This is a hack of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for Sega Genesis. It changes the frequency of music and sound effects making for a different sounding game. Some music is barely recognizable and the game can feel quite different because of it.

The patch is in xdelta format. The ROM should be in BIN format.

The music in this hack sounds weird, like bad emulation. Reversing the frequencies has made the game sound much different. I recommend trying it out to see how different the game is.
