Graphics: 2/10 Oh GOD, what am I looking at here? I know sprite editing is hard and all but man, there was no effort put into this whatsoever. The only passable looking thing is the fact that they changed "Riddler"'s arm cannon to a hand holding a gun. Sound: 8/10 It's the same as Mega Man 3's, nothing's changed here. Gameplay: 8/10 Again, same as Mega Man 3's. Story: 0/10 Why the Riddler out of all characters? Why would he be fighting all the other Batman villains including Batman and Robin themselves? Is this from the era where he was an anti-hero for a short while? Overall: 1/10 I'm sure this hack was made by someone when they were young and wanted to take a shot at it, but I'm more appalled by the fact such a thing was even approved by the site itself. If you're going to make a Batman themed Mega Man hack, why not have Mega Man be replaced by... oh I don't know, Batman himself? | |||

I like how the villains look, Batman and Robin made me laugh the most. :D I merged this hack with the level hack Mega Man III Ever and there's no issues at all. https://www.romhacking.net/hacks/1166/ If you're a Batman fan like me and wanna play as a villain, play this hack at least once, the author did go all out back then and pulled it off. | |||

The first time I saw this hack, I thought it would be a bit strange. But after I played this hack, I realized - this is a great idea, which struck me with its interesting idea. Yes, this hack needs to improve the boss sprites and a little redrawing of the enemies, but the idea that the Almighty Lord of riddles Riddler escapes from the Arkham asylum, defeating many villains and main heroes of Gotham and trying to solve the mystery of who is behind this mess, I understand that this is a wonderful idea. I hope that someone will be able to finish this hack and make a great hack about the Riddler. | |||
