Most of my life I played The Minish Cap with OoT voices, so I got used to it. I think the higher pitch voice probably suits Toon Link more than it does Young Link, tbh. However, it's a nice change to have something like this. It's not complete, tho. Link's voice when he dies is still the OoT one. It's nothing life changing, I doubt I'll be using it on my playthroughs, but as it does what it advertises (most of the time, but really, who dies in Zelda games?), it gets a "Recommended".

Okay, so far I'm liking the how you brought WW's voice to Minish Cap since, as you said, Minish Cap's Link design is based - in not completely taken - on Wind Waker's design. I did ran into a few snags after I patched the PAL/EUR rom with your patch. As far as I can tell for now, Link doesn't have any "injury" grunts. I'm going to run a bit more test since I'm starting the game again after nearly 5 years so perhaps I can tell you more after I run a side-by-side comparison to the original voice in Minish Cap. That said, I really appreciate contributed with this patch. It probably took a bit of your time to edit WW Link's voice to match the synth quality of the rest of the cast. All I can say is keep up the good work and I hope to see some more updates from you in the future.

Whoops, I didn't notice it was for the European version. I tried it in the US one and in the intro it sounded like Master Smith was beating link. Pretty funny. Patched it to the EU version and it worked fine. Pretty good, though the OoT style sounds have never bothered me so I have little reason to use it.
