Really love this Rom Hack best one I have ever played, really love the track designs and the graphics/background as well really brings out the Hack my favourite race track is Bubbly Clouds because I really love the theme tune for it and I also like that Kirby replaces Toad I always play as Kirby as I would normally play as Toad in any Super Mario Kart SNES Rom Hack I think Kirby is an amazing character to play as in this great Hack Mario Kart R. Keep up the amazing work and hope to see another amazing Super Mario Kart Rom Hack like this one again in the future. Definitely recommending this Hack if any of you haven't played this type of Super Mario Kart Hack before then now is the very time. :D | |||

Nice hack for new tracks but WHY would you remove one of the BEST characters? Toad. Music is okay I guess. Graphics don't look that great, the pixilation looks bad sometimes. Wish there was a middle recommended option, cos I don't recommend it without Toad but would have if he was in it still. Surely the hacker could have extended the rom maybe and then added in (ugh!) Kirby and still kept Toad. | |||

This hack is mainly a graphical hack : colors are changed, tracks themes are different. The music has been switched too, and the "4th place" music is used for the brand new "sky-themed" tracks (which stand in place of the Ghost Valley tracks), which is a very good idea. But the changes are not only visual : even though the tracks remain basically the same as in the original SMK, most of all alternative paths have been added to them. That where the hack become really interesting. It adds much variety to the tracks. One minor complaint : every kart now makes the same noise (the Bowser and DK noise), and I think it is a mistake. To sum up, a very nice hack ! | |||
