Hack description

If you thought the censoring done to the intro of the western releases of the Genesis port of Street Fighter II: Champion Edition looked generic due to both fighters being blonde instead of the original black guy.

Then this patch is for you. This patch makes the opponent's hair color brown instead. Thinking about doing an uncensored English version of the game in the future, rather than this simple palette swap.

*This patch also makes the game region-free. Only tested with US-NTSC version of the game.
