This hack adds Wii-stlyed tool switching using the D-pad in addition to the touchscreen-based tool switching.

Control Bindings:

* Up: Antibiotic Gel
* Up-Right: Syringe
* Right: Sutures
* Down-Right: Drain
* Down: Laser
* Down-Left: Ultrasound
* Left: Scalpel
* Up-Left: Forceps

The hack should work in a story-safe way so it should be possible to play through the game without being able to access tools you shouldn't be able to use.
