Hack description

This patch gives Richter his unlockable outfit from the Sega Saturn version of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. It was never implemented in the PSX version cause the game was rushed to be released but you can see him wearing it in the background when fighting Werewolf/Minotaur and when meeting Maria after fighting Hyphograph.

This patch requires the ROM to have a header. One can be added using NSRT.

Great touchup of Richters sprite	MathUser2929	2012-12-01	-
I really like the design of Richter in this hack. It seems to be inspired by his costume in the Saturn port of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night though I do not know if it is an exact copy. Anyway it closely matches Ayumi Kojimas artwork of Richter which is nice. Too bad the sprite wasn't reworked and used in other versions of Symphony of the Night. Recomended.
