Hack description

This is a little mod of Final Lap Twin (USA) that makes the game much more difficult.

Features:
-Altered each racer and regional champion's stats & AI to make them harder to defeat. Once you get past the 3rd town the difficulty really increases.
-Decreased the money won from races by a significant amount.
-Every part listed in every shop had its price double or more.
