Hack description

This patch replace the original Z80 PCM driver by a new one to fix the distorted voices issue.
It definitely shows the Megadrive was perfectly able to deliver good quality samples when programmed correctly.

This patch works wonders. Voices are much clearer now. One is left wondering though if something can be done about the rest of the sounds and the music.
