.. and it turns out an unusual mix. Combine Two good games and get this interesting hybrid hack. You can now play classic Tetris, and there are special stages based on It. Adding to the changes: a Remix of the music, and just enjoy the process. (P.S: on some emulators - the screen of the game Tetris can leave together with the background)

An awesome hack. Love the idea of adding Tetris to a Sonic game. I did find a bug, though. A 40 line game with a height of 1 freezes it. Other than that, awesome job
