Hack description

This was an attempt at making the game more "challenging" in an adequate way although the enemies' health was (for the most part) increased, the player is given extra continues, more health, & the ability to keep weapons after an enemy dies. The biggest drawback is the sprite change when a different enemy appears on screen when the previous enemy's weapon is still on-screen.

The mistakes in text have been corrected as well as other numerous changes.

1.1 reverts the sound back to its original state.

Lovely hacking skills,extended actionStamos2012-06-29-

Seriously I love what the author did here. Its like he read my mind like when I was a little kid.I was beating this game back then without using any other chars but Billy and this hack raised the difficulty bar BUT in a fair manner than it was back then in the original version. The weapons drawback in the sprite change when a different enemy appears on screen when the previous enemy's weapon is still on-screen the author mentions is NOTHING.I didn't care at all and I'm sure none will. Things like the increased life on your characters and colour palette change that weren't mentioned is a nice surprise. The only small change I didn't like(only from my personal view) was the music. It was changed a bit...and by changed I mean it sounds a bit different like the DD3 had an MMC5 chip, awesome touch if you ask me

Overall I would really recommend this patch to all those that loved the original and want a more challenging version
