Hack description

This may be totally out-there and absurd, but always had a big 'what if' in my mind.

What if, when you blow up the glass tunnel to get into the lower parts of Maridia... you somehow cause all the water to come crashing through the door and down the elevator shaft in the next room, flooding Norfair in the process. Then you'd have Norfair filled with water, and Maridia drained but hot-as-hell from all the steam rushing up out of Norfair. This would probably kill everything in each area. Hell, it would probably ruin Samus' day too, as she'd be sucked into Norfair by an unbelievably crushing torrent of water.

The premise alone really sold me on this hack, and when I started it up, I was excited to see the new changes. I don't know if this hack requires any sorts of special tricks to complete, but I wasn't able to get anywhere in Norfair, aside from finding the Hi-Jump Boots. I'd figured that defeating Kraid would get me the Gravity Suit, but when it didn't, I found myself unable to get any further. I can one-wall wall jump with the best of 'em, but you can't wall jump underwater, so even that didn't help me. It's also very easy to get stuck in places with no ability to get back out, forcing you to reset. I would absolutely love to play a newer version of this hack that addresses these issues, because everything else I've seen is great!
