Really amazing idea, just not to it's full potential yetSupergamerguy2020-08-01Version 2.0

I want to start off by saying that the visuals and engine used in this hack are fantastic and highly deserving of praise. But I can't recommend it at this point due to 2 glaring flaws.

1 - The Level Select

  • You can travel to any level at any time, which defeats the point of this game entirely and makes it feel like a Beta version at best.

2 - The Charge Ability included normally with Super Wario's moveset is not a permanent powerup.

  • In order to charge, you must collect an apple powerup at the beginning of some levels to use Wario's iconic attack, but it is non transferable across levels and some levels don't even have it at all. Making this a normal Mario World styled powerup would improve the gameplay immensely (and maybe the addition of Wario's hats as well if possible)

Great effort so far, but these changes need to happen to make this feel like an authentic experience.

Awesome, but flawedgoldug2019-01-29Version 2.0

I tried this for the first time just now, and it's very good work, but flawed. My main gripes so far: 1. You can't dash. That's probably very hard to implement, but if it's impossible, you should not have taken out the ability to run. 2. There doesn't seem to be any point to actually play the levels, as they're all unlocked already. I don't know if it's by design or it's something wrong on my end, but I can go to any level I want and complete it, but there's really no point.

These flaws are the reason I cannot recommend the hack, but I can't not recommend it. If these flaws were addressed in a future version, I would really recommend this hack.
