This is only a basis patch for BS F-Zero Grand Prix 1.
Apply on non-headered rom

It will
- make the game bootable on bsnes
- enables to get out of the boot screen with pressing "Start"
- enables music (title, gameplay, time, end)
- enable sram

Not done
- music during preview mode, etc.

The game itself behaves strange: you have a long title screen cascade, then a lap preview,
then a practice and then you finally can play the challenge. Check this original play video on satellaview:

I recommend zsnes to accelerate the non-play parts. Also anybody interested to advance the game further is of
course welcome.
