Hack description

This links the debug menu to the description of Ness's ATM Card, making it easier to access. Also, its text is now in English.

Instead of programming in a debug menu though CCScript, you should just use this debug menu because it has all the needed features except for testing enemies. Its also fun just to mess around in the menu late at night. The next button for pages are not translated as of the version but it isn't really needed. Last note, someone should translate the other debug menus.
