Mother 1+2 is a nice little package that includes the first two entries on the cult-classic franchise known as MOTHER, or EarthBound in the USA/Europe.
The hacks provided here allows you to modify the Mother 1+2 ROM to autoboot directly into either MOTHER or MOTHER 2.
The Mother 1 Autoboot patch makes the compilation game boot directly into the MOTHER (NES) portion of the ROM.
The Mother 2 Autoboot patch autoboots the splash screen of the English translation first and then into the Mother 2 (SNES) portion of the ROM.
