Hack description

This patch adds support for CD quality audio to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time using MSU-1 chip invented by byuu. So far, it is only supported and tested on bsnes, higan and the SD2SNES flashcart.

If the MSU-1 is not detected, the patch plays the original music, thus the patch works on all emulators (but it is less fun to listen to).

Emulator Version of ips file not working	xloserx	2018-10-12	Version 1.0
When you patch the rom with the emulator version of the ips file it creates a non-working rom. The other ips file works but the sound is horrible in emulators so it is unusable for emulators. The patch needs to be modified so that it works before this becomes a viable patch.
