Logical continuation of Ike Ike! Nekketsu Hockey Bu: VS Menu Hack.

Makes original teams available in versus mode, plus adds two more:
Meteor - based on characters from soviet cartoon. Captain-centered, prone to anger outbursts.
Florida Espers - known from Nekketsu Basketball. Teleporting telekinetics (press A+B in jump, when other team has the puck to teleport).
