Hack description

Once upon a time, back when Pocket Monsters was still in its early stages, there was a piece of artwork drawn which showed the main characters, Red and Green, standing on a floor with a Pokéball-like design. They had with them two of three starter Pokémon and seemed intent on staring the other down. However, over in the corner was a third Pokémon trainer -- a female in a black dress and white gloves with long, brown hair. This character was discarded at some point in development and, outside of the Pokémon Adventures comics (as "Blue") and a paper-craft art book, was more or less forgotten about... until today!

This hack, Pokémon Satin, changes the main character of Pokémon Red/Blue Version into the lost character of Blue and brings her to her rightful place one of two youths from Pallet Town in addition to making some other minor changes to the storyline here and there.

Also included in this hack is a patch to put Blue in the game without changing anything else, thus giving players the full experience from 1996 completely unchanged, aside from playing as a girl.

Pretty good Sprite of GreenNeilZander2023-03-05Version 1.00

It's a pretty neat idea to have Green or Blue if your from Japan to be playable.

The sprite looks very good and pretty accurate to her appearance in the artwork and manga.

The only draw back I have is would love to get this to work with the Full Color hack of red or blue it partially works except the back for battles sprite will turn back into Red... but other then that without the full color hack the hack itself does what it is supposed to so nice job.

WonderfulAr8temis0082017-07-28Version 1.00

This one's fantastic, the sprites don't look out of place, it's bug free (as far as I know), and the new script is more entertaining then the original. It pokes fun at common Pokemon tropes and the characters aren't as one dimensional as they were in the original (blue's not a total ass hat).

For the best experience, combine the full version of the patch with the "emu friendly" hack.
