Hack description

A character with the Condemned status will have a timer hanging over their head; when that timer reaches 0, the character dies. This can be prevented using the Safety Bit Relic, which will make the death procedure fail; however, if this happens, the character will still have Condemned status. This patch ensures that it gets removed.
