Hack description

This hack of Final Fight 3 Pirate Port by Hummer Team for the NES includes:

-Fix all the punctuations and the typos in the cutscenes.
-Fix the "HUGGAR" player name in-game.
-New items like collar and gold.
-"DOLLAR" enemy name fixed to "MAY"
-Edited and fixed some sprites.
-New color palettes.
