Hack description

There are many cases in the game where certain statuses won't be displayed in battle. For example, a Poisoned, Magitek-riding character won't have Poison status displayed. This is because Magitek status takes display precedence over Poison, but Magitek's display name is blank. This patch ensures that blank display names do not override displaying other statuses.
