Hack description

A subtile color hack that modifies character colors (e.g. Turtle's skin colors are now based on the 90s toys), background and HUD colors for better contrast and a more consistent look.

Palette locations are identical in all three versions, therefore this IPS patch can be used universally.

No drastic changes here. Instead the author improved upon the original by making subtle changes here and there. A great improvement nonetheless. Can be applied on top of Nemesis_C hack. Tested with v2.0.
