Hack description

These patches fix Lakitu's Spiny Egg throwing behavior just like the patches for SMB1 NES and SMB2J but now work in All-Stars! Fixes both SMB1 and Lost Levels, now updated for all regions!

Bet you thought Lost Levels was hard before...

Two patches are included: Headered and Non-Headered

Patches have been tested with SMAS + SMW and seem to work just fine, but don't be surprised if something breaks midgame.
