Hack description

Rakuga Kids PAL to All Regions Patch

For some crazy reason this title was released in Japan and Europe but not in the USA. This patch forces the video out and audio rate to match whatever region your console thinks it is. This patch should fully support all regions--PAL, NTSC, and MPAL.

Apply the patch to a copy of the PAL ROM in native (big-endian) byteorder. If applied to an uneditted ROM no checksum correction will be necessary.
