This hack gives Snake his iconic sneaking suit, using redrawn sprites based on the style of Ghost Babel. Since the Ghost Babel look (with its darker hues and frequent lack of outlines) resulted in Snake blending with the original game's rather busy, rather dark backgrounds, these have been redrawn or touched up, thus giving the visuals a cleaner, brighter appearance, while also staying true to the spirit of the original game.Screenshots

I really like the new Solid Snake look, to me it really feels like a Metal Gear game, and to be honest I never liked the original sprite when I played this game when I was a kid. LastduaL did a great job with this hack. If LastduaL was to improve on this hack, maybe he can make the text scroll a bit faster, that'll be pretty cool. | |||
