All the Roll-chan worlds are wonderfully done, but this one really finishes the series with a bang. The addition of colors on the super game boy are fully utilized but in game and during cutscenes, and the cutscene graphics are amazingly well done. Given that this game has its own unique story and enemies involved, it really does feel like a brand new game starring Roll this time around. Thanks again to the creator for all their hard work in making this series of hacks!

As are all the others, this is a great, detailed hack that puts Roll in Mega Man's place. The artwork is spectacular, as usual; Roll has such an exuberant look to her on the Weapon Get screen. Kalinka in the intro was a nice touch, as well. Unlike the other Game Boy Roll-Chan hacks, this was originally a game made for the Super Game Boy, which means custom palettes. These were also changed, most notably the aforementioned Weapon Get screen which has such a lovely and uncommon shade of pink. The Mars stage has a warm, cozy feeling, like early December in front of a fireplace. What's neatest about the palettes is that unlike the original game, they match the actual color that the Stardroids are supposed to be! Great attention to detail, as always!
| Really well done. To an almost disturbing degree... | BlazeHeatnix | 2018-08-06 | Version 1.1 |
All 5 of these hacks are well-done. Everything related to Mega Man has been so completely wiped that it almost looks official. Not only is it a fun idea to imagine the Game Boy games having starred Roll instead, but some of the more miscellaneous stuff in these games has been improved, like some enemy sprites.
