Hack description

This is an addendum patch for Pokemon Throwback and Unofficial Throwback, which adds some features prominently used in Fire Red 251. This patch is mostly comprised of what made FR251 more difficult, however there are also a few "ease of life" additions as well.

This addendum works with all configurations of Throwback, including custom ones, so long as it stems from the original and still maintained version. This has been confirmed to still work with the newest versions of Throwback.
