Quasar's animation is slightly glitchy. If you cast it, and then you cast either W Wind or the Blitz Spiraler, the tornado that appears won't look like a tornado. Instead, it will look like a weird, wavy, stripy, gelatinous, blocky tentacle. This patch fixes Quasar's animation so it doesn't mess up any tornadoes.Screenshots
