Hack description

This patch removes the black border which is displayed in the upper section of the screen.
The game's HUD is not altered, but the removal of the black border allows the player to see a bigger area of the playfield.

Successfully tested on real hardware.

This hack shows a perfect example of what a SEGA Genesis game is like without those annoying borders at the top of the screen. And as for RoboCop VS The Terminator, it looks incredible. I would love to see other SEGA games (eg. Castlevania, TMNT: Hyperstone Heist, Sparkster, etc.) receive similar treatment like this in the future.
