Improves overall game speed
- Generic FastROM gains
- Purify lands much more quickly (*)


Not tested on real hardware or semco's Spanish translation.

More work likely planned for better experience -- fastrom banks, loading, in-game, maybe translation compatibility, sram idea, misc tune-up tweaks. Source code will be released when reasonably finished with project, or abandoned.

Early release due to enjoyable gameplay benefits.
