Hack description

Sonic Legacy is a fairly simple hack of Sonic the Hedgehog 2, with every level being edited to some degree, with scripted event-heavy levels receiving the fewest edits due to lack of ASM skills and overall inexperience with Sonic hacking.

FEATURES:
* Custom music
* Per-Act song changes
* Changes to 6 of the 7 Special Stages (The editor for these is very limited, so they might be a bit messy.)
* Some bits of new artwork
