Rockman 6 EX Levels: Good Graphics: Good (palette change) Music: No Change Enemies: Okay (more hp) Bosses: Eh Weapons: No Change Castle: Good Difficulty: MEDIUM (Occasionally MEDIUM-HARD) Comments: Similar to the rest of the EX series, think of Rockman 6 EX as an expert variation of Mega Man 6. Stages are smartly designed to put up more of a fight, aggressively tossing enemies at you on land and in the air (both of which will knock you into pits plenty of times). The hack doesn't go too overboard however, as it keeps most of its enemies and bosses akin to their vanilla counterparts, which you should be more than prepared to handle (except for Plant Man, he's one mean weed). There are definitely parts where 6 EX veers off the rails into BS territory (Flame Man, Knight Man, Wily 2), but for the most part the challenge is fresh and fair. It's not the best AYCNN has to offer, but it's pretty damn good all things considered. | |||
