Hack description

This patch adds the missing fanfare music back into Secret of Mana.

There are two unused tracks in the ROM:

- Unused fanfare 1: Now played when receiving Sea Hare's Tail.
- Unused fanfare 2: Now played when receiving the Moogle Belt.

The Sea Hare's Tail sidequest is a good spot to insert the missing music because none of the original fanfare music played is unique. So this isn't replacing anything that isn't already played elsewhere.

Tested as part of the ongoing Secret of Mana Turbo Project, by Queue (with various resources provided by zhaDe as part of Secret of Mana: New Game Improvement). Latest version used. There's not much to be said about this one, other than that it works and makes clever use of dummied-out material. It takes away a little from the "unfinished" feel of the original game, as a long-time player like myself would describe it. The rather whimsical nature of the fanfares is arguably well-suited for the Moogle Belt acquisition, since it's a joke item that is only useful for curing an otherwise serious Status Defect. Like the Pygmy Hammer, it has infinite uses. Perhaps not an essential mod, but definitely an interesting one.
