Well, Vine Man is a good meme hack first. Different robot masters have their memes. I'm laughing at the new robot master name. The new graphic is excellent. Also, the music is good. When you play the corrupt stage, it looks crashed because it's just a meme hack. Fastman comes from sonic the hedgehog. When you enter the Darkman castle, the Darkman looks like said, " You have done, Vine Man. You spoiled my meme robots. I, Darkman, will have my revenge." Finally, Vine Man is winning. Darkman is gone. I don't mention all memes. But Vine Man destroying them is fun. I appreciate it.

It seemed that the "Level Design", "Graphic part of the game", "Music" were slightly changed - but it turned out pretty well.

Really, well done. The style of "Memes", Parody and humor is fully conveyed. It is played slightly in a new way, but it is interesting

Comments: Despite the jokey nature behind the hack, Vine Man is really well put together. The amount of new graphics is phenomenal, especially since most of the new enemies and stages look great too; it would've been really easy to include low effort sprites to enhance the memetic flavor, but Vine Man goes above and beyond for its jokes. Likewise, the music is fantastic as well, although the boss theme remains sadly the same. Stages are largely based off of their original layouts, including the same enemies and hazards (though Flash Man and Wily 4 go a little further). A great hack that's legit no joke.

Mega Memes II: I've never thought of having a blast from random memes stuck in a ROM.

As someone with relatively minor contact with Vinesauce, I didn't get every joke in this hack, but overall I found it a very enjoyable experience. There's nothing in the way of ASM or code changes, but the graphics and music especially are very well done, and if you're a fan of the streams you'll probably have a laugh with one or two of the jokes. Since the levels are mostly like the original game structure-wise, and since this is Mega Man 2 rather than Rockman 2, the hack is a bit easier for those who aren't good at the game to play through.

I will warn that it seems there's a minor bug in the 2nd and 4th Dark Man stages if you die after the checkpoint, where your respawning will spawn enemies from a few rooms ago - in the 2nd Dark Man Stage in particular, it seems to break the transition to the boss for some reason. Please try to avoid dying there.

Other than that, good hack, worth a play!
