Hack description

Removes the black bar from the left side of the screen in the Japanese release of New Ghostbusters II. Now the whole screen is visible when overscan cropping is disabled.

The US prototype does already have the left side uncovered but it also has less enemies and toned down difficulty.

You can also create a cheat to set the address C031 to 1E in the Japanese release and C032 to 1E in the European release if it's an available option.
