This is such a great hack, as it updates the graphics to the limits of the Gameboy, and it looks so gorgeous, with every object in the game updated. You can make out Mario's outline and the Viruses, which is a big improvement, and there are no bugs! I would wish if the maker would make a DX hack for this hack, making it a much better hack altogether, but it's still better than the Dr. Mario DX hack. | |||

This is great, a masterpiece even. Very welcomed improvement to the original Dr. Mario for Gameboy. That being said I even prefer this OVER the NEW sparkling DX Hack. That would be the only thing that could improve this is color, or compatibility with Dr. Mario DX for Gameboy hack. | |||
