I would say this is a great hack because it finally gives us the ending and other missing things from the original. But the hackers decided to make the curious decision to buff Mega Man's speed to 55 (its 40 in the vanilla rom). This makes him the fastest character in the game, even faster than Dr. Wily and makes using any other characters pointless for offensive roles. I was easily scoring double digit wins on almost every match of the first 8 robots.

Like I said, great for adding cut content, but made easier for no reason.

The process to select Dr. Wily in my experience was different than the read me file.

I had to scroll all the way right to gemini man tap left to get to enker man then screen jumps over to fire man then go right to proto man up to bomber man right to dust man then press up to go to snake man and that's when it finally selected wily.

I was also super lucky I think and was able to get an additional character.

If you do the process I mentioned but instead of the last step you select gemini instead you get a character of 62-96-128-210.

If select him he gets a logo that just says the letter "a" and sometimes "b".

if you start the game it freezes up but if you can get it to select a character sprite then you can actually play the game as this glitchy mega man character. He's super fast too as you can imagine.

This is a great rom hack I haven't quite beaten the game yet but that's cool it has secrets in it like the one I mentioned.

I remember playing this game as a rental from blockbuster back in the day. It was a fun diversion, though not a particularly deep soccer sim by any means, but you play as Megaman characters so who cares?

Unfortunately due to bad programming, you could never see the end of the game! It would cut straight to the title screen with no explanation or sense of accomplishment. This hack restores that.

You were also meant to unlock Dr Wily as a character after beating the campaign, this restores that as well. Make sure to see the readme for how to select him.

Sometimes a small hack is all that is needed, and completing this unfinished game is definitely a valuable contribution to the community.
