First, I would like to thank the creator for taking the time to create this. It is beautiful, and generally well done. Congrats. However, this hack is too difficult for my liking. The first level is a good example; you're jumping from slippery pipe to slippery pipe, attempting to avoid piranhas and plummeting to your death. Hammer bros are there, too. If either the ground was not slippery or there were not insta-death jumps, it wouldn't be a problem. But having both with everything else, puts it a bit over the top for me (and this is level 1). While I realize some people like pain, I am not one of them (call me a weenie). Thanks again though. It's very cute, and I would love to see more games like this!

This is one of the most beautiful hacks of "Super Mario World" I have ever played! The level designs, enemies (e.g. the Koopa-Troopas in snow hoodies), and bosses are very creative and I also find the plot of Mario having to retrieve Santa's stolen presents from Ludwig von Koopa to be quite amusing. In addition, the 16-bit Christmas remixes (e.g. "Jingle Bells" at the startup screen) are also a nice touch. This is one that I can EASILY recommend to ALL fans of SMW, especially during the holiday season!
