Hack description

This patch takes a variety of quality-of-life improvements made in the Free Enterprise randomizer and applies them to vanilla FF2US, including:

- dashing
- fast menus
- random encounter toggle
- treasure discard
- quick trash
- detailed item information
- music toggle
- flashing VFX toggle
- MSU-1 soundtrack support
