Hack description

Go inside patients' houses and go inside of them to kill viruses. Very fun hack that still retains a classic Super Mario World feel. Features custom blocks, graphics, overworld, and sprites. Medium difficulty.

One of the coolest Super Mario World hacks I have ever played. loved the over world. Very nicely done. The graphics are quite beautiful also. I loved going inside Toad as Doctor Mario. Definitely a must play. I recommend this game for sure. A good side step from typical hacks. You can tell a lot of love has been injected into this hack. Give it a shot and enjoy this amazing hack.

Out of a handful of SMW hacks I tried on real hardware, this one works all the way through! It is beautiful too! The scenery is just gorgeous, completely new look and feel and soundtrack. You feel like you are playing a super combination of all the marios from your childhood, with the added bonus of a slight story feel. Very slight I loved it. I had no idea, — Great Game :D
