Good little hack for this maybe underrated ex saga because was 3D within time when street fighter had to be done 2D or nothing.

M.bison 2 it's a extra boss usually. Now you can use him with infinite magic. He have the magic of launch the ball but sometimes he uses the big green ball that go slower. No idea about the moveset. It's curious but in the satellite bonus screen you can make use the 2 bison psycho crusher.

I expect to see more hacks in the future, for example, Kairi looks better in EX2 (arcade). In EX2 plus he's like a character with so much power and can die with lv3 magics, without standard hadokens, good supers, etc

Bison II is an overpowered boss to begin with, and he absolutely annihilates everything in human hands. Since he has infinite meter, you can do the level 3 Psycho Crusher over and over again. Plus, the enemy AI can't do much when you can just lob supers at it repeatedly. Now do I feel bad for breaking the game like this? Not really. It makes playing through an annoying arcade mode much more entertaining as you simply wipe the floor against it with Bison II. There's only one issue I've encountered, and that's that the white color the boss version has appears to be unselectable. However, I'll put that problem on me just not knowing what button to press. Overall, this is a great hack. It was easy to get the hack up and running, and it allows the player to finally play as the entire Street Fighter EX2 roster. Good job!
