Hack description

This hack is the best version of SSF2 on 16bit console

-Remplacing the 4 speeds by the 4 turbo speeds
-Add save in SRAM : Hi-scores only if performed without continus :), and the record in the mode Time Challenge
-GFX: The intro and title are modified

Important : The save will be done in SRAM to the next "Game start" screen

NOTE: Tested and good with Snes9x 1.54.1 and BSnes 0.73

This hack makes the game blisteringly fast for hardcore SFII players! The patch is also compatible to run on the SNES Classic, which makes me very grateful. Great work!
