Hack description

This hack adds Neko to the Underground City in the same area where you find Watts. There you will be able to do some much needed resupplying as well as get a preview of some armor that Grand Palace Neko will later sell you that you probably won't be able to afford most of yet.

This hack also moves Watts further south on this map in order to reduce the odds of triggering a bug in the original game which made it so some of the NPCs in the room won't spawn.

Apply this to an unheadered ROM.

While having Neko is nice, but he offers way too powerful equipments that'll make the Underground City and Tree Palace a cake-walk. If Neko offered different weaker equipments (such as Guardian Ring), then it would have been better. Refilling items is nice though.
