Too many Pokemon have similar moves (rest, sleep talk), some weaker fully evolved Pokemon still have poor moves, and lastly lots of Pokemon don't have any moves that match their type...

Pokemon Stadium 1 & 2 had the awful flaw of not being able to lend you none of the major legendaries of their respective gens as Rentals, not even after unlocking Round 2 (Only Mew/Celebi were unlocked that way). Ho-Oh, Lugia and Mewtwo got the axe, and you had to import them from one of your GB cartridges (which is not desired when playing on an emulator).

This patch addresses that, and gets rid of that absurd decision.

One thing though, but I can't recall if it was in Stadium 1 or 2, but when you unlock Mew on Round 2, you get a duplicate of it in Rentals, so basically you get two Mew's to choose from.

I'm not sure if it happens with Celebi too, but I assume it might.

Hope this gets taken into consideration for an update!

If you want to beat Pokemon Stadium 2 easier and don't have to use the Game Boy to get the Pokemon you need, this is it. You can forget all the terrible movesets and bad stats cause this patch fixes all the problems. With this patch, Round 2 will be balanced out.
