These patches force both games to be played with different Regions set.
(USA, Brazil or Hispanic)
This changes the in-game text to the different region languages.
(English, Portuguese or Spanish)

Please note:"RockMan - The Power Battle" in-game texts are English only.

The patch can be applied to the bin/cue file through the program Delta Patcher which can be found in this site.
